Associate Attorney (Remote in NC)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience practicing law and a strong background in legal research, drafting, and client representation. This role involves working closely with partners and senior attorneys to support ongoing cases, manage client relationships, and ensure the highest quality of legal service delivery.
This position is fully remote, candidates must be barred in North Carolina.

• Assist in handling a variety of legal matters, including litigation, contracts, and transactional work.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft motions, pleadings, briefs, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Participate in discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation as needed.
• Advise and communicate with clients on case status, legal strategy, and potential outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and manage case files.
• Ensure compliance with legal procedures, deadlines, and ethical standards.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to firm growth.
