What You’ll Be Responsible ForStrategic Talent Planning
- Partner with senior leadership to identify current and future talent needs
- Develop recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans
- Design and continuously improve recruitment frameworks and processes
Recruitment Strategy & Execution
- Create and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies across multiple roles and departments
- Define job requirements, sourcing strategies, and hiring timelines
- Optimize hiring workflows to ensure efficiency, quality, and speed
Collaborative Hiring
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities
- Provide guidance on job descriptions, salary benchmarks, and market trends
- Facilitate interview and selection processes to ensure fairness and consistency
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Strengthen and promote ClearSource’s employer brand across job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Enhance the candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding
- Develop compelling job ads and recruitment marketing initiatives
Metrics, Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Track and analyze recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire
- Use data and insights to improve sourcing strategies and hiring outcomes
- Identify gaps and recommend process improvements
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters
- Set performance expectations and support professional growth
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative recruiting culture
Talent Sourcing & Screening
- Proactively source candidates through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and agency partnerships
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, preferably in a fast-paced or scaling organization
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and hiring best practices
- Experience managing and developing recruitment teams
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics and analytics
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and hiring demands simultaneously
