Position Summary:
The Clinical Integration Manager serves as an agency expert on all aspects of supporting individuals living with behavioral health challenges. Their primary role is to maintain and grow SCES’ behavioral health initiatives through clinical and administrative supervision, program development and staff training. They will work with SCES management on outreach, collaboration with external entities, and opportunities for program growth and financial sustainability that align with community trends and gaps. In addition to working with the SCES Behavioral Health team, the Clinical Integration Manager will support other teams where behavioral health conditions are prevalent such as Adult Protective Services, Homecare, Family Caregiver Support and Care Transitions. Success in this role requires the ability to balance management of daily operations and direct staff supervision with a lens on the bigger picture of the behavioral health landscape and where there may be opportunities for growth and change.
Job Responsibilities and Performance Standards:
· Oversee the Executive Office of Aging and Independence (AGE)-funded Behavioral Health for Adult Populations (BHOAP) program, including but not limited to:
- Reviewing and assigning referrals
- Conducting clinical supervision and oversight of open cases
- Participating in Quality Improvement and Assurance activities
- Collecting bi-annual statistics as required by AGE
· Provide administrative and clinical supervision to BH Clinicians and interns
· Provide clinical consultation on complex cases as needed and participate in agency bi-monthly Interdisciplinary Team Meetings (IDT).
· Work with Chief Clinical Integration Officer on developing additional revenue streams for behavioral health services
· Work with SCES Management to identify and pursue opportunities for increased revenue, both to offset the current deficit in SCES’ behavioral health programs, and to grow programs in alignment with community needs.
· Collaborate on agency’s efforts to establish working relationships with local and regional health care providers: hospitals, rehabilitation centers, clinics, physician practices and managed care organizations.
· Work with SCES Training & Workforce Development Manager to identify clinical training needs of staff and participate in training as needed.
· Coordinate with universities on developing internship opportunities, and develop learning plans with incoming interns. Ensure interns are meeting the internship/field placement requirements put forth by their respective programs.
· Provide support for Protective Services including but not limited to screening reports
· Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and timelines.
· Serve as back-up to the agency’s Keeper of the Record.[AF1]
· Provide coverage as an agency After Hours Supervisor.
· Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
· LICSW or LMHC, plus a minimum of five years of relevant experience required.
· Relevant experience will include an extensive background in clinical social work, supervision and program development - within a non-profit human services setting preferred.
· Experience in Massachusetts Aging Network required.
· Familiarity with managing programs with significant governmental involvement and reporting requirements and/or with quality assurance programs preferred.
· Experience and demonstrated skills working with groups preferred.
· Must be knowledgeable and comfortable using Adobe and MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 platforms. Experience with Wellsky strongly preferred.
· Must meet both CORI/SORI and public health screening requirements.

· Occasional stress due to periodic or cyclical workload pressures and deadlines. Some interruptions involved.

· Frequently sits, stands, walks, bends, reaches, and stoops throughout the day.
· Frequently lifts, pulls, pushes, and carries up to 20 lbs.
· Periodic eye strain and light ear strain.
Pay ranges from $66,179.00 - $85,372.00 depending on experience and skills.
