Youth Staff at Country Club Management of Orlando Inc – Windermere, Florida

Come work for Isleworth Golf & Country Club as one of our Youth staff and enjoy fun events and the comradery of our staff.

Our program is responsible for all duties related to youth activities at the club this includes our many events throughout the year which require event set up and clean up.

Responsibilities:

• Greets members and guests in a professional friendly way
• Ensures knowledge of company policies and procedures as it refers to department
• Supervises children when in our care and adheres to all rules regarding our younger members
• Assists parents when signing their children in and out, including checking identification when necessary
• Assists with creation of decorations for events
• Assists with set-up and take down of decorations for events
• Performs routine safety checks of areas for events before we begin and ensures proper set up
• Engages each child during activity time
• Continuously cleans & sanitizes all kids areas before and after bullpen hours

• Must enjoy working with children of all ages.
• Must be flexible to work some weeknights, weekends and holidays.
• Primary work availability is Wednesday evenings from 5-9pm, and Friday or Saturdays starting at 5:30
• Must work a minimum of three shifts a month with at least one weekend day. Schedules are dispersed a month in advance.
