We are excited to be hiring a Director of Talent Operations. The ideal candidate for this role will have the following skills and responsibilities:

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES – what you’ll own and lead:

  • Lead and execute end-to-end talent operations strategy, including recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and compliance
  • Develop, implement, and optimize talent acquisition programs to attract high-quality Caregivers, CNAs, RNs, and Administrative staff
  • Drive high-volume recruitment efforts, ensuring consistent candidate flow and timely fulfillment of hiring targets
  • Manage recruiting pipelines, hiring metrics, and workforce forecasting to align with operational and financial goals
  • Conduct interviews for Administrative roles in partnership with department leaders, ensuring strong talent selection and cultural alignment
  • Partner with leadership to anticipate staffing needs and ensure consistent coverage across all functions
  • Oversee recruiting platforms, job postings, and sourcing strategies, optimizing for visibility, engagement, and performance
  • Monitor and analyze hiring KPIs, including time-to-fill, conversion rates, and retention, implementing improvements as needed
  • Provide data-driven insights and reporting to key stakeholders on talent performance and workforce trends
  • Collaborate with department leaders to assess team performance, identify high-potential talent, and support development and succession planning
  • Ensure efficient and compliant onboarding processes, including system optimization and workflow management
  • Oversee employee movement into the workforce, ensuring readiness, compliance, and alignment with company standards
  • Implement scalable systems and processes to support both immediate hiring needs and long-term organizational growth
  • Ensure all hiring, onboarding, and employment practices meet regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Maintain accountability for daily hiring activity to meet weekly and monthly KPIs and budget targets
    Continuously evaluate and improve talent operations processes to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and overall workforce quality

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, Operations, or workforce management
  • 4+ years of progressive leadership or team management experience
  • Experience in home care, home health, healthcare staffing or healthcare operations preferred
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulatory compliance in healthcare
  • Experience with ATS and HRIS implementation and optimization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Demonstrated discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment in handling confidential information required
  • Experience in project management systems such as Monday.com is highly valued
  • Experience in Care Management Platforms such as AxisCare are highly valued

  • Knowledge of best practices for handling PHI in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Administrative specialty in related field – whether accounting, customer service, scheduling, billing, IT, project management, leadership, sales, marketing, business development, medical scheduling, staffing, care coordinator or coordination, recruiting, talent acquisition, compliance, office manager or management, business manager or management, human resources, or operations a bonus
  • Experience in assisted living, facility, nursing home, or in home care a bonus
