You are a results‑driven sales professional with deep expertise in music licensing, supported by strong knowledge of image and video licensing models. A proven sales and account management leader, you drive revenue across agency and FTSE 100 clients by building and expanding strategic relationships, growing existing accounts, developing new business, and negotiating confidently at C‑suite level.
You manage multiple projects with strong organisation and clear prioritisation, bringing
strategic thinking, accurate forecasting, and leadership to both client engagements and internal teams. Collaborative and influential, you build cross‑functional partnerships, leverage industry insight to identify high‑value opportunities, and adapt quickly to changing customer and market needs. Proficient in Salesforce and other CRM tools, you optimise outreach, track performance, and improve conversion.
Your Next Challenge: - Deliver compelling, value‑led sales conversations that position the right mix of mage, video, and music licensing solutions to maximise customer ROI and drive deal expansion.
- Lead the full commercial cycle from outreach to qualification, licensing consultation, proposal creation, negotiation, and closed‑won revenue.
- Use licensing expertise to overcome objections, communicate usage rights and risk implications, and increase deal size through multi‑asset, multi‑territory, or subscription solutions.
- Consistently deliver against KPIs including outbound activity, meeting conversion rates, pipeline value creation, reactivation revenue, and overall account growth.
- Provide transparent account and performance reporting to give leadership clear visibility into progress and opportunities.
- Act as a subject-matter expert on image, video, and music licensing, including rights-managed, royalty-free, subscription, and enterprise licensing models.
- Provide clients with clear guidance on usage rights, restrictions, indemnification, and content clearance, particularly in the context of music licensing, where complexity is highest.
- Support the sales team in positioning high-value music licensing solutions for campaigns, brand content, advertising, digital media, social platforms, broadcast, and enterprise-wide creative use.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities by aligning licensing needs with the full portfolio of content (image, video, music), creative services, and subscription products.
- Proven experience in outbound sales, customer success, account management, vor a similar customer-facing role.
- Deep expertise in music licensing with strong knowledge of image and video licensing across commercial, digital, and corporate frameworks.
- Proficient in Salesforce and other CRM platforms, effectively managing customer interactions, tracking performance, and driving pipeline accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients.
- You manage high outbound volumes with strong organisation and consistently deliver high‑quality client interactions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient, with a focus on delivering measurable business results.
- Thrives in dynamic environments, quickly adjusting to shifting business needs while maintaining a strong results‑driven approach.
