Join our passionate cultivation team and get hands-on with one of the fastest-growing industries. As a Cannabis Cultivator, you’ll play a key role in nurturing healthy, high-quality plants from seed to harvest.

• Care for cannabis plants through all stages of growth

• Water, prune, feed, and apply treatments as needed

• Train and manipulate plants for optimal growth

• Set up and sanitize grow rooms

• Support R&D projects and other cultivation activities

Worcester, MA – On-site, full-time

$22-$25/hour DOE + with minimum of 12+ months cultivation exp and job history.

• Must be 21+

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Comfortable standing, walking, and using hands for long periods

• Able to follow instructions, stay focused, and work as part of a team

• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, labeling software)

• Willingness to work in hot, humid, or noisy environments with exposure to dust, chemicals, and strong lighting

• Strong attention to detail

• Passion for plants and horticulture

• Dependable, adaptable, and ready to learn

• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
