This role offers a unique opportunity to define and lead the product marketing strategy for a rapidly growing, AI-powered platform transforming in-person go-to-market interactions. You will own the product narrative end-to-end, translating product updates into compelling customer-facing content, sales enablement materials, and educational resources. The position sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, providing direct impact on how the product is positioned and adopted in the market. You’ll leverage AI tools to scale insights and content creation, while shaping messaging for multiple buyer personas. This is a hands-on role for a self-starter with strong storytelling skills who thrives on ownership and creating measurable impact from day one.
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will drive the positioning, launch, and adoption of product features while ensuring consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints. Key responsibilities include:
Own product update and launch narratives, translating engineering and product outputs into engaging, customer-facing content.
Develop sales and customer success enablement materials such as decks, one-pagers, and battle cards to empower teams in the field.
Conduct regular audits of product marketing content to ensure relevance and accuracy as the product and market evolve.
Plan and support webinars and other customer education initiatives to highlight product capabilities and best practices.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, refine messaging, and ensure content reflects both product reality and customer needs.
Track and analyze the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, iterating to improve engagement and adoption.
The ideal candidate combines strong product marketing expertise with storytelling, creative problem-solving, and an AI-forward mindset. Required qualifications include:
3+ years of experience in product marketing or a closely related B2B SaaS role.
Proven ability to craft narratives for multiple personas and stages of the buyer journey.
Exceptional writing skills with the ability to combine sharp copy and strategic messaging.
High ownership, initiative, and comfort operating in a broad, undefined role.
Strong creative instincts, able to iterate past first drafts to find impactful messaging.
Experience leveraging AI tools for research, content creation, and go-to-market execution.
Public proof of thought leadership or storytelling (e.g., LinkedIn posts, blogs, speaking engagements).
Nice to have:
Experience marketing to event, field, or revenue operations teams.
Familiarity with CRM and martech platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo.
Experience managing small design teams or using Figma.
Startup experience where playbooks were not fully defined.
Comfort with webinar production, live content formats, and basic visual design direction.
