Responsibilities

• Complete weekly and monthly billing cycle for assigned clients
• Process contractors pay on a weekly and semi-monthly basis
• Perform critical reviews of client billing to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
• Provide support in investigating and resolving any customer billing issues to ensure timely collections
• Email and upload invoices in third-party platforms
• Report account receivable status updates to AR manager
• Involvement in process improvements needed to support business growth
• Willingness to take on projects, learn new skills and understand that duties may change

Skills

• Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Sheets, online QuickBooks, and other related software programs
• Solid understanding of basic accounting payable principles
• Must be able to work well under pressure and within time restraints
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Enjoys technology and thrives in a structured business environment

Requirements

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm required
