Summary

As a Patient Care Coordinator at Chiropractic Health Partners, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient experiences and supporting our healthcare providers. This position is integral to our mission of enhancing patient care while managing the operational aspects of chiropractic practices.

Responsibilities
  • Welcoming patients upon arrival and directing them to the appropriate area.
  • Answering phone calls promptly and professionally, scheduling appointments, and managing cancellations.
  • Coordinate patient appointments and manage scheduling effectively to optimize provider time.
  • Assist patients with inquiries regarding their care, treatment options, and office policies.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with medical regulations.
  • Support the administrative team in managing office operations and workflow.
  • Communicate with healthcare providers to relay important patient information and updates.
  • Apply active listening, empathy, and a professional manner with patients.
  • Administrative tasks including maintaining patient records electronically, documentation, and insurance information.
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance.
  • Managing appointment schedules and calendar.
  • Processing new patient intake forms and paperwork.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
  • Operate standard office equipment.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in medical administrative support or a similar role within a healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and office procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and staff.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records.
  • Experience in a physical therapy or chiropractic office is a plus but not required.
