Director of Nursing (DON) RN - Canal Winchester at Optalis Healthcare – Canal Winchester, Ohio

Optalis Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Director of Nursing (DON) for our Canal Winchester Care Center. In this role, you will manage, direct and lead the nursing department to ensure residents receive appropriate care and are enabled to attain their optimum level of functioning. Ensures that the center remains in compliance with all organizational policies, local, state and federal regulations.

• Current Ohio RN License
• Current CPR Certification
• Bachelor's or associate degree in nursing
• Prior experience with PointClickCare a plus
• Previous Long-Term Care Nursing experience in a Leadership Role is required
• Prior experience as a Director of Nursing preferred
