This role provides a unique opportunity to ensure customers achieve maximum value from advanced cybersecurity solutions. The Customer Success Engineer will act as a key technical advisor, bridging the gap between product teams and clients, delivering deployment support, training, and ongoing guidance. You will drive customer engagement, foster strong relationships, and contribute insights to improve product offerings. The position is fully remote, allowing flexibility while maintaining a high level of accountability and collaboration. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic customer management in a dynamic cybersecurity environment.
Collaborate with customers to optimize product usage, ensuring effective segmentation and tailored deployment support.
Deliver comprehensive training sessions post-procurement, equipping customers with knowledge to maximize product adoption.
Schedule regular touchpoints to maintain engagement, address concerns, and strengthen customer relationships.
Lead resolution of technical issues in coordination with support and R&D teams, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.
Gather customer feedback and relay insights to internal teams, supporting product enhancements and future development.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, usage metrics, and deployment progress.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years in customer success, technical support, or related roles, ideally within SaaS or cybersecurity industries.
Strong technical understanding of Active Directory, REST APIs, scripting (Python or PowerShell), and multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux, Mac).
Deep knowledge of modern cybersecurity technologies and awareness of regulatory frameworks such as DORA and NIST.
Experience working with cybersecurity vendors is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing requirements, and provide exceptional customer experiences.
Experience conducting training sessions or workshops is a plus, alongside strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
