This role sits at the center of a large-scale digital and social media ecosystem, ensuring that brand presence across multiple platforms runs smoothly, consistently, and without disruption. You will support the operational backbone of social media activity across hundreds of locations, working behind the scenes to manage access, resolve technical issues, and maintain platform organization. The position blends administrative precision with digital marketing support, giving you exposure to both organic and paid social workflows. You will collaborate closely with marketing teams, external vendors, and internal technology groups to ensure seamless coordination. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone eager to grow in social media operations, brand management, or digital marketing. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and focused on continuous improvement at scale.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage access and permissions across social media platforms for internal teams, dealerships, and external vendors, ensuring secure and efficient account structures.
  • Support onboarding and setup of social media vendors, including configuration of business accounts and platform access.
  • Troubleshoot login, access, and profile issues while assisting in reclaiming or organizing social media assets when needed.
  • Assist in managing social media transitions related to acquisitions, divestitures, and organizational changes.
  • Provide administrative support for paid social media activities, including business manager setup and reporting assistance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of platform access, links, credentials, and workflows across multiple systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing, technology, and dealership teams, as well as external agencies, to support campaign execution and operational consistency.

Requirements:

  • 0–1 year of experience in social media, marketing, digital operations, or a related field (automotive exposure is a plus but not required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and resolve issues proactively.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional and external teams.
  • Interest in social media platforms, digital marketing, or brand operations at scale.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly compensation with clear entry-level growth potential.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans.
  • Paid time off and holidays to support work-life balance.
  • Short-term and long-term disability coverage.
  • Paid life insurance and additional financial protection benefits.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with company support.
  • Employee stock purchase program and vehicle-related discounts.
  • Access to learning and development programs, including internal training platforms.
  • Wellness initiatives and employee support programs.
