- Define and evolve the overarching brand narrative, ensuring clarity, differentiation, and consistency across all touchpoints
- Develop and execute bold, high-impact brand campaigns that elevate brand perception and engagement
- Translate complex product offerings into clear, compelling, and human-centered messaging
- Lead end-to-end campaign development, from insight generation to execution and performance tracking
- Identify and create impactful brand moments tied to launches, milestones, and cultural opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams including product, marketing, communications, and leadership to ensure alignment
- Manage and inspire external creative agencies and partners, maintaining high standards of quality and innovation
- Build scalable brand systems and frameworks to support consistent and efficient creative output
- Leverage AI and modern tools to enhance creative processes and accelerate delivery
- 8+ years of experience in brand marketing with a strong focus on strategy and campaign ownership
- Proven ability to develop creative concepts that significantly enhance brand visibility and perception
- Experience in marketing complex, product-driven solutions (e.g., B2B SaaS, HR tech, fintech, or similar sectors)
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics without losing depth or meaning
- Excellent creative judgment and a clear understanding of modern brand-building practices
- Demonstrated success in leading high-visibility, high-impact marketing initiatives
- Experience working with and managing creative agencies and external partners
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools and their impact on marketing and creative development
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high expectations
