Houseperson/ Laundry PM Full Time at EXCHANGE ST HOTEL LLC – Worcester, Massachusetts

We are seeking a hands-on dynamic individual to join our team. The Houseperson/ Laundry PM is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel and providing guests with quality service in a timely and friendly manner.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, stairwells, outdoor area, and parking lots.
• Deep cleaning of assigned areas.
• Setting up and maintaining the complimentary hotel lobby functions including coffee service and water service.
• Cleaning and setting up meeting functions rooms.
• Assist with the delivery and restocking housekeeping stations.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables throughout the property, including outdoor spaces and parking lot.
• Support room attendants by supplying clean linens, towels, and guest supplies as needed.
• Support room attendants by stripping linens and removing trash from guest rooms as needed.
• Maintain equipment and storage areas in an organized manner.
• Delivering service items to guest rooms upon request from the front desk.
• Assist with Laundry as needed
• Must be available SUN and MON nights 3pm to 11pm, Flexible schedule
• Assist with Maintenance work orders
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

Requirements:

• Hotel experience a plus
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to bend and stoop
• Able to climb ladders
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Availability on weekends and holidays.
