This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive professional who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys turning complex ideas into successful outcomes.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead full project lifecycles for Salesforce, AI, and automation initiatives from planning through go-live and post-launch support.
  • Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives across multiple delivery teams.
  • Own and prioritize project backlogs in JIRA, ensuring user stories are clear, estimated, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and leadership throughout project execution.
  • Coordinate system integrations, data migrations, testing cycles, and user acceptance testing across project workstreams.
  • Prepare executive dashboards, steering committee updates, and regular project status reporting.
  • Proactively identify issues, remove blockers, and escalate risks to maintain momentum and delivery quality.
  • Manage Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related integrations.
  • Support intelligent automation initiatives such as RPA, workflow automation, and AI-enabled operational improvements.
  • Maintain governance documentation including project charters, RACI matrices, decision logs, and lessons learned.
  • Contribute to project management standards, templates, and continuous improvement best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3–7 years of project management experience delivering technology, digital transformation, or enterprise systems projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies with hands-on sprint management experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce platforms such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related CRM ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, RPA, low-code/no-code, or enterprise automation tools is highly desirable.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or similarly complex operational environments preferred.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively with distributed teams across time zones and occasional travel up to 20%.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of $130,000 to $160,000 annually.
  • Hybrid or fully remote work flexibility within the United States.
  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits package.
  • Retirement savings programs and long-term financial support options.
  • Paid time off and company holidays.
  • Professional development and career growth opportunities in emerging technologies.
