General Manager at Ivars, Inc. – Seattle, Washington

Ivar's, the premier seafood restaurant company in the Pacific Northwest, is currently interviewing for a full-time General Manager at our outdoor quick-service Fish Bar on Pier 54 in downtown Seattle (in front of our Acres of Clams restaurant). The wage for this position will be between $75,000 and $80,500 per year, plus the GM will be eligible for a monthly bonus based on the restaurant's performance.

Our General Manager responsibilities include:

• Running the restaurant
• Hiring, training, and developing other managers and employees
• Maintaining Ivar's company standards for service, product quality, and cleanliness
• Ensuring unit profitability

Candidates must have at least 3 years of restaurant management experience (quick-service experience preferred), an outgoing personality, a strong work ethic, and open availability.
