This role sits at the intersection of cutting-edge cybersecurity innovation and strategic partner enablement within a fast-scaling, AI-driven security organization. You will act as the primary technical bridge between internal sales teams and external channel partners, ensuring Systems Integrators, MSSPs, and Public Sector partners can effectively position and deliver an advanced AI SOC platform. In this high-impact position, you will combine deep technical expertise with strong commercial acumen to drive partner success, influence solution design, and accelerate adoption across enterprise and government customers. You will play a key role in shaping how autonomous security operations are understood and deployed in complex environments. Operating in a high-growth, high-energy setting, you will contribute directly to pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and technical win strategy. This is a highly visible role where your ability to educate, enable, and influence partners directly impacts revenue growth and market expansion.
In this role, you will serve as the key technical enabler for channel partners, ensuring they can successfully position, demonstrate, and deploy advanced AI-driven security solutions. You will drive technical excellence across partner engagements while supporting go-to-market execution and long-term relationship development.
- Act as the primary technical advisor for Systems Integrators, MSSPs, and Public Sector partners
- Enable partners through technical training, certifications, demos, and go-to-market playbooks
- Lead joint technical sessions including discovery, architecture reviews, and proof-of-concept engagements
- Support channel pipeline growth and ensure accurate forecasting and CRM discipline
- Collaborate with sales leadership to achieve channel revenue targets and performance goals
- Build strong technical relationships with partner architects, practice leads, and delivery teams
- Develop reusable technical assets such as demos, reference architectures, and integration guides
- Support RFP/RFI responses for Public Sector opportunities, including compliance-driven environments
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on partner and customer insights
- Represent the organization at industry events, partner summits, and technical forums
This position requires strong pre-sales engineering experience combined with deep cybersecurity knowledge and a strong understanding of channel ecosystems. The ideal candidate is both technically fluent and highly effective in partner-facing environments.
- 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or channel technical roles
- Strong background in SaaS, cloud security, or cybersecurity solutions
- Experience working with channel partners such as SIs, MSSPs, or VARs
- Knowledge of cybersecurity domains including SIEM, SOAR, EDR, cloud security, and automation
- Familiarity with AI-driven security operations, SOC workflows, or autonomous response systems
- Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) in hybrid environments
- Proficiency with scripting or APIs (Python, Bash, PowerShell, REST APIs)
- Understanding of Public Sector frameworks such as FedRAMP, NIST, or CMMC (preferred)
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage both technical and executive audiences
- Ability to manage multiple partner engagements in fast-paced environments
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
