This is a high-impact sales role focused on driving growth for an innovative cloud optimization platform designed for modern, Kubernetes-driven environments. You will work with enterprise and mid-market organizations to transform how they manage and optimize cloud infrastructure. Combining technical expertise with consultative selling, you’ll guide customers through complex buying journeys and demonstrate clear business value. The role offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment where autonomy, ownership, and entrepreneurial thinking are highly valued. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering and marketing teams while engaging directly with decision-makers. This fully remote position provides flexibility alongside the opportunity to influence cloud adoption strategies at scale.
- Own and achieve sales targets by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Develop and execute a territory plan to drive pipeline generation and revenue growth
- Engage with prospects to understand both technical and business requirements, positioning tailored solutions
- Partner with Solution Engineering teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations and value-driven conversations
- Lead negotiations and close deals while ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing to support demand generation campaigns and capture customer insights
- Continuously refine sales strategies to shorten sales cycles and accelerate adoption
- Contribute to broader go-to-market strategies and business development initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B SaaS sales with a consistent track record of exceeding targets
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes, cloud-native technologies, and DevOps ecosystems
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage with both technical and executive stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making
- Experience with CRM tools and accurate sales forecasting practices
