With a modern American menu prepared fresh in our open kitchen and a one-of-a-kind bar crafted from a vintage 1914 wood cruiser, every detail is designed to create a memorable, elevated guest experience.

We are seeking polished, hospitality-driven Servers to deliver attentive, high-quality service that reflects the Craft Tampa standard.

About the Role

As a Server aboard Craft Tampa, you will provide attentive, elevated service that enhances the guest journey from boarding to farewell. This is not just table service, it’s curated hospitality in a distinctive, upscale environment.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver warm, anticipatory service aligned with upscale dining standards
• Guide guests through the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations on food, wine, and craft cocktails
• Execute precise food and beverage service with attention to timing, presentation, and detail
• Maintain an immaculate dining environment, including table settings and service stations
• Ensure menus and presentation elements reflect Craft’s elevated brand standards
• Collaborate closely with marine and culinary operations teams to create a seamless guest experience
• Uphold all sanitation, safety, and maritime compliance standards
• Participate in safety drills and onboard procedures
• Complete opening and closing duties with a strong attention to detail
• Maintain professionalism, poise, and discretion at all times

What You Bring

• 2–3 years of serving experience required; upscale or fine dining experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service (or a desire to learn at a high level)
• Exceptional communication skills and a refined, guest-first approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Polished, professional presence with a passion for hospitality
• Ability to navigate stairs and carry service items safely (up to 50 lbs)
• Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and cruise-based schedules
• Ability to work onboard for 2–5 hour cruises; occasional extended shifts up to 12 hours
