Developer Relations P2P

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Developer Relations P2P in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of engineering, community, and product, focusing on empowering developers to build innovative peer-to-peer applications using cutting-edge decentralized technologies. You will act as a key bridge between external developers and internal product teams, ensuring that tools, SDKs, and platforms are intuitive, well-documented, and adoption-ready. The role combines technical depth with strong communication and storytelling, requiring you to translate complex P2P concepts into accessible, practical developer experiences. You will engage actively with global developer communities, fostering trust, feedback loops, and long-term engagement. Operating in a fully remote, fast-moving environment, you will help shape how developers discover, learn, and build on next-generation decentralized infrastructure.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will drive developer engagement and ecosystem growth while acting as a technical and community advocate. You will build relationships with developers and open-source communities, create high-quality technical content, and represent the product in global forums.

  • Build and nurture relationships with developers, partners, and open-source communities, fostering long-term engagement and collaboration.
  • Create and maintain technical content such as tutorials, demos, documentation, sample applications, and videos to support developer onboarding and education.
  • Advocate for the platform at conferences, meetups, webinars, and online communities, translating technical concepts into clear value propositions.
  • Collect and synthesize developer feedback to influence product improvements and enhance developer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams to align roadmap priorities with real developer needs.
  • Support developer onboarding through workshops, hackathons, and training sessions while contributing to continuous ecosystem growth.
Requirements:

You bring strong software engineering experience combined with proven exposure to developer advocacy or technical community roles. You are comfortable writing production-grade code while also communicating clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.

  • 3+ years of software development experience with strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.
  • Prior experience in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, or Technical Community Management roles.
  • Hands-on experience building applications or APIs, ideally including React Native and/or Electron-based products.
  • Proven ability to create impactful technical content (documentation, tutorials, blogs, demos, or videos).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with experience speaking at events, webinars, or developer meetups.
  • Deep understanding of developer experience principles and ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and marketing teams.
  • Exposure to open-source ecosystems, community engagement, and modern DevOps or developer tooling is highly valued.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote role with global collaboration opportunities
  • Work on cutting-edge peer-to-peer and decentralized technologies
  • High-impact role bridging engineering, product, and developer communities
  • Opportunity to engage with global developer ecosystems and conferences
  • Fast-paced, innovative environment focused on open-source and technical excellence
  • Strong emphasis on autonomy, creativity, and technical ownership
  • Opportunity to shape developer experience for next-generation applications
