This role is a strategic, partner-facing technical position focused on enabling and scaling relationships with Global System Integrators across the Indian market. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping partners design and deliver advanced data protection and cloud solutions. The role sits at the intersection of sales engineering, partner enablement, and solution architecture, requiring strong technical depth and business acumen. You will work closely with large enterprise partners to shape joint go-to-market strategies and drive successful customer outcomes. The environment is highly collaborative, involving cross-functional engagement with sales, product, and engineering teams. It is a high-impact role where your expertise directly influences partner success and regional growth.
- Develop and strengthen technical relationships with Global System Integrators, aligning advanced data protection and cloud solutions to partner and customer needs.
- Provide expert technical guidance across backup, disaster recovery, and cloud-native architectures to support solution design and adoption.
- Collaborate with partners to build joint solution architectures and regional go-to-market strategies tailored to enterprise customers in India.
- Support RFP and RFI processes by delivering technical input, clarifying requirements, and ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
- Lead technical workshops, deep-dive sessions, and product demonstrations to enable partner readiness and capability building.
- Work closely with internal sales, product, engineering, and partner teams to support the full opportunity lifecycle.
- Develop reusable technical assets such as RFP toolkits, reference architectures, and competitive positioning materials.
- Gather and share market and partner insights to inform regional strategy and product direction.
- Represent the organization as a technical evangelist in industry events, partner engagements, and conferences.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in IT, preferably in data protection, infrastructure, or cloud technologies.
- Proven experience working with Global System Integrators and building strong technical partner relationships.
- Deep expertise in backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and cloud data protection solutions.
- Strong knowledge of public cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented value propositions.
- Experience in RFP leadership, solution validation, and competitive analysis is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences.
- Experience working in global, cross-cultural environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
