Accountabilities:
  • Lead the development and maintenance of integrated, resource-loaded construction schedules across multiple regions and program centers, ensuring alignment with national program objectives and delivery milestones.
  • Partner with regional and center project managers to build, update, and refine detailed construction schedules using tools such as MS Project and Primavera P6.
  • Review subcontractor schedules, providing detailed analysis, feedback, and recommendations to improve accuracy, sequencing, and performance efficiency.
  • Monitor project progress and use scheduling data to identify risks, delays, and opportunities for acceleration or improved resource allocation.
  • Support leadership by leveraging scheduling insights to inform staffing needs, forecasting, and program-level planning decisions.
  • Ensure schedule integrity and consistency across multiple stakeholders, maintaining high standards of documentation and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field, with 12+ years of progressive construction scheduling experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • Strong expertise in MS Project, Primavera P6, and advanced Excel functions for scheduling, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Proven experience managing or supporting large-scale construction or infrastructure programs in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess schedule performance and recommend corrective actions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and leadership teams.
  • Familiarity with construction project management principles and scheduling best practices, including resource loading and critical path analysis.
  • PMI-SP certification and prior federal or infrastructure program experience are considered strong assets.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range aligned with experience and geographic location
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer contributions
  • Paid time off, holidays, and flexible work schedules
  • Life insurance and additional wellbeing support programs
  • Career development opportunities within large-scale federal and infrastructure programs
  • Exposure to high-impact national projects in a mission-driven environment.
