- Support and execute the sales and growth strategy for the loan agency product across a defined territory or vertical, driving revenue and market expansion.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships while identifying new business opportunities and strengthening existing partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align sales execution, enhance customer experience, and ensure consistent delivery of value-based solutions.
- Contribute to pricing optimization, sales planning, and performance tracking to meet and exceed business targets.
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to inform leadership decisions and refine go-to-market strategies.
- Represent the organization in the market, promoting brand visibility and supporting cross-selling initiatives across products.
- Engage in regular client meetings and industry events, including frequent travel to strengthen relationships and drive deal flow.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles within financial services or professional services.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven ability in negotiation, relationship building, and value-based selling.
- Demonstrated success in managing cross-client relationships and contributing to revenue growth.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to use data to guide sales strategies.
- High energy, resilience, and a strong motivation to exceed targets in a competitive environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom without current or future visa sponsorship requirements.
