About This Position
What You'll Do
As a Sales Associate, you support your manager and customers at your storage location. You drive sales and make sure customers have a great experience - all while ensuring the site is safe, clean, and secure.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Sales & Customer Growth – Sell storage solutions, follow up with leads, and stay ahead of competitors.
- Deliver Great Customer Service – Ensure every customer interaction is positive, handle concerns, and maintain high standards.
- Support the total business – Jump in when needed to assist with the Call Centre with customer inquiries and sales, and support other sites occasionally.
- Manage Payments & Accounts – Process transactions, follow up on late payments, and keep records up to date.
- Keep the Facility Running Smoothly – Oversee daily inspections, ensure maintenance is handled, and monitor inventory levels.
- Prioritize Safety & Security – Enforce security protocols, respond to emergencies, and be the first point of contact for after-hours incidents.
- Stay Organized & Report – Track key metrics, report to the Site Manager, and keep records audit-ready.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to work full-time during site opening hours, and occasional after-hours availability as required.
- 1+ years of sales experience in retail, hospitality, or sales.
- Technical skills to manage multiple systems for site operations and learning.
