Grand Villa of Ocala is seeking a dependable and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Manager at our esteemed Assisted Living facility. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the assisted living facility, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

- Supervise and coordinate staff, providing guidance and support to ensure quality resident care

- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs

- Monitor residents’ health status and respond promptly to any changes or emergencies

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation

- Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and staff to promote a positive living environment

- Ensure adherence to facility policies, procedures, and licensing requirements

- Participate in staff training and development initiatives to foster a knowledgeable and compassionate team

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid and active License Practical Nurse (LPN) certification

- Proven experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing assisted living facilities

- Ability to handle multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail
