Bingham Mechanical, Inc. is seeking a skilled and dependable Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team in Southeastern Idaho. In this role, you will perform high-quality plumbing installations while helping ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
You will work closely with Project Foremen and Project Managers to maintain efficiency, professionalism, and safety on every jobsite. This position is ideal for a licensed plumber who takes pride in craftsmanship, values teamwork, and is motivated to mentor apprentices while continuing to grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities- Project Performance & Scheduling
Work 40 hours per week, arriving on time and following scheduled breaks
Follow company standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Attend daily and weekly meetings with the Project Foreman or Project Manager
Prepare tools and materials in advance to maximize jobsite efficiency
Deliver high-quality workmanship to prevent rework and delays
Request tools and materials early to maintain production schedules
- Customer Service & Jobsite Care
Refer customer questions regarding timelines, scope, or design changes to the Project Foreman
Communicate professionally with customers and report any concerns promptly
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
- Licensing & Training
Maintain an active Idaho Journeyman Plumbing License and meet continuing education requirements
If licensed out of state, obtain an Idaho license within 6 months (or hold an apprentice license if required)
Participate in company training and development programs
- Performance & Mentorship
Participate in employee evaluations and set personal and professional development goals
Work with supervisors to improve skills and track progress
Mentor and train plumbing apprentices on company procedures, safety standards, and best practices
Valid Journeyman Plumbing License (Idaho or ability to obtain within 6 months)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project documentation
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing project needs
Commitment to high-quality workmanship and safety standards
Willingness to mentor and train apprentices
Valid drivers license
