Position Title
Senior Executive Assistant

Employment Status & Work Hours
Location: Lancaster, PA / Onsite
Full-Time, Exempt, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Senior Executive Assistant who serves as a trusted partner to executive leadership. This is more than a traditional administrative role — it is a strategic position that ensures the CEO operates at maximum focus, efficiency, and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, discreet, and confident managing both high-level executive priorities and day-to-day operational details. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, anticipate needs before they arise, and bring professionalism and sound judgment to every interaction.

Compensation & Benefits
● $80,000 to $90,000 (depending on level of experience)

What You'll Do
● Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling, and travel logistics.
● Oversee and prioritize executive communications, including email management and follow-up.
● Prepare executive meeting agendas, materials, notes, and action tracking.
● Serve as a gatekeeper and strategic buffer, protecting executive time and focus.
● Lead cross-functional projects and special assignments on behalf of the CEO.
● Support strategic planning initiatives and assist in tracking organizational goals.
● Prepare reports, presentations, and materials to support executive decision-making.
● Represent the CEO in meetings and with external partners when appropriate.
● Coordinate company events, executive visits, and hospitality arrangements.
● Build and maintain strong professional relationships with executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
● Screen applicants, visitors, and inquiries to ensure efficient communication flow.
● Maintain a professional and effective office environment.
● Supervise and mentor the Administrative Assistant in Everett, including task delegation, guidance, and performance oversight.
● Partner with the administrative team to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality across administrative functions.
● Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism at all times.

Required Qualifications
● High school diploma or equivalent required.
● Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior executives or serving in a comparable executive administrative role.
● Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
● Strong supervisory and team leadership skills.
● Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules, communications, and executive priorities.
● Excellent organizational and project management skills.
● Proficiency in Google Workspace, Adobe, and related business tools.
● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
● Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across diverse professional environments.
● Independent problem-solving and sound decision-making skills.
● Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity

Preferred Qualifications
● Experience supporting executive-level strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
