Global Missions Minister at Eagle Mountain International Church, Inc. – Newark, Texas
About This Position
The Global Missions Minister provides strategic leadership and spiritual oversight for KCM’s global initiatives across six international offices, integrating organizational leadership, international operations, partnership development, and active ministry engagement. Serving as KCM’s international representative, this role strengthens global offices, cultivates high-level partnerships, ensures operational excellence, and ministers effectively across diverse cultural contexts—requiring both strong leadership capacity and demonstrated ministerial maturity.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Global Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement a multi-year global missions strategy aligned with KCM’s mission and growth objectives.
- Provide leadership and alignment across six international offices.
- Advise executive leadership on global expansion, sustainability, and risk.
- Identify new regions and strategic opportunities for global impact.
International Operations Oversight
- Strengthen communication and operational consistency across global offices.
- Support country leaders in strategic planning and execution.
- Ensure governance standards, reporting systems, and accountability frameworks are implemented.
- Foster collaboration between domestic and international teams.
Financial Stewardship & Compliance
- Oversee global program budgets and funding allocations.
- Ensure financial transparency and accountability across international offices.
- Partner with Finance to maintain compliance with international regulations and nonprofit standards.
- Conduct due diligence for partnerships and funding agreements.
Partnership Development & Representation
- Cultivate and steward high-level ministry and organizational partnerships.
- Represent KCM in international ministry settings, conferences, and leadership forums.
- Negotiate MOUs and collaborative agreements.
- Serve as a key ambassador of KCM’s mission globally.
Ministerial Leadership & Field Engagement
- Minister in international contexts through teaching, leadership development, prayer, and spiritual encouragement.
- Strengthen pastors, ministry leaders, and teams within KCM’s global offices.
- Support leadership development initiatives in international regions.
- Provide spiritual guidance and alignment consistent with KCM’s theological foundation.
Impact Measurement & Organizational Growth
- Establish measurable impact metrics for global initiatives.
- Ensure consistent reporting and evaluation of program outcomes.
- Develop executive-level reports highlighting global growth and effectiveness.
- Recommend improvements to increase sustainability and reach.
Education:
- Licensed or ordained minister required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Theology/Ministry or equivalent experience preferred; ongoing ministerial education is a plus.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience:
- Minimum 5–7 years of ministry experience with demonstrated pulpit ministry and outreach leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of the Word of God and ability to minister under the anointing with spiritual discernment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and cross-cultural competence; able to build effective relationships with diverse groups.
- Strong written and verbal communication; excellent platform and on-camera presence.
- Digital ministry proficiency: livestream platforms, social media, basic CMS, email communication, and online community engagement.
- Familiarity with collaboration and productivity tools (e.g., document sharing, video conferencing, project management) and basic media production workflows.
- Data literacy to interpret analytics dashboards and apply insights to improve engagement and outcomes.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset; highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (domestic and international), including evenings and weekends as ministry requires.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads volunteers, interns, contractors, and administrative staff as assigned; may provide direction to associate ministers and vendors.
EQUIPMENT TO BE USED:
- Computer, phone, printer, copier, and standard office equipment; livestream/AV equipment (cameras, microphones, mixers), collaboration tools, ministry CRM, and content management tools as assigned.
TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods; preach and teach in various environments; occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Extensive air/ground travel for ministry trips, meetings, and conventions.
TYPICAL MENTAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to give, receive, and analyze information; formulate work plans; prepare sermons and written materials; handle confidential and sensitive matters; pray with people and discern spiritual situations; relate and interact with diverse groups with empathy and wisdom.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Works in office, church, studio, and outreach environments; hybrid office/field work as assigned. Extensive domestic and international travel; evenings and weekends required based on ministry schedule.

- Born again believer and must adhere to this organization’s doctrines as upheld by Kenneth and Gloria Copeland and their appointed representatives.
- Must work well with others, as a team and according to Romans 16:17, must not cause dissension, difficulties, and divisions.
- Must possess a servant’s heart.
- Must maintain a good attendance record.
- Because of the wide range of personal contact with ministry leaders within and outside the organization, this position requires considerable diplomacy, maturity, and excellent communication skills.
