Ensure consistency of the visual identity by understanding the brand and guiding asset creation.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of content and creative assets.
Serve as the visual branding expert, communicating brand standards and ensuring effective use.

Stay updated with design trends and technologies, bringing innovative ideas to the brand design function.

Requirements

46 years of professional brand design experience.
Experience partnering with senior leaders on high-impact projects independently.
A proven track record of building a brand guide from the ground up.
Strong experience creating brand assets across various mediums and platforms.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Advanced Figma skills, including collaborative and scalable design systems.
Excellent typography and strong attention to detail.
Ability to deliver high-quality creative work under tight deadlines.
Awareness of design and industry trends, transforming insights into fresh presentations.
Self-driven with ownership, capable of leading projects end-to-end.
Strong communication skills for presenting work and providing constructive feedback.
