Remote Lead Enterprise Project Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will manage large and complex implementation projects for enterprise customers, facilitating communication between various stakeholders. Your leadership will drive the planning, design, and execution of projects that can impact thousands of users and involve substantial budgets. As an excellent communicator, you will set expectations, manage plans, and ensure commitments are met. Your problem-solving skills will be essential in identifying innovative solutions and collaborating with senior management to address complex challenges.
Accountabilities
  • Manage large implementation projects for enterprise customers having company-wide visibility and impact.
  • Handle budgets that typically range from $500K to $5Million+.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of a coordinated set of deliverables to meet client goals.
  • Act as the primary driver of communication between project stakeholders.
  • Resolve key issues, decisions, escalations, and risks in a timely manner.
  • Track project finances to ensure on-budget delivery.
  • Leverage AI technologies to improve project productivity and efficiency.
  • Identify and fix deficiencies in processes for smoother implementations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in managing complex projects in a technical client-facing environment.
  • Proven experience with cross-functional collaboration and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to balance empathy and firmness with challenging customers.
  • Strong strategic thinking and effective problem-solving capabilities.
  • Results-oriented with excellent people and time management skills.
  • Good judgment and capacity to evaluate situations independently.
  • Initiative in contributing to broader company success.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior management and presenting at various levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, or a related field.
  • Certification as a Project Manager.
