Job Summary:
To maintain all parks, greenbelts, and common areas within the Association confines. This includes Clubhouse, Community Center, and Security Gates.
Pay Range: $19.10 - $22.00
Reports to: Parks Supervisor/Golf Superintendent

What you'll do
Job Requirements:
a. Operate necessary park equipment including fairway mower, push mower, weed eater.
b. Operate chainsaw, edger, and groomer as needed.
c. Makes irrigation system repairs.
d. Installs and maintains landscaping in all common areas including guard gates.
e. Under the direction of the Golf Superintendent applies fertilizer and chemicals for weed control.
f. Maintains beaches to include sand grooming, weed control and litter pickup.
g. Does general ballpark maintenance and grooming
h. Any other duties as may be required and/or assigned by the Parks Supervisor or Golf Supt.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
a. Prior experience commensurate with the duties of the job preferred
b. Must be able to read and understand written directions
Certificates/Licenses:
a. Must possess a valid California Drivers’ License
Language/Communication: Ability to read, write and speak English is required
