Technical Product Manager (CPLM) - JHFully Remote • REMOTE POSITION - Anywhere, FL 33408

We are seeking a candidate that will champion Juno Health's vision by delivering the highest level of care and service to both internal and external customers. In this role, you will oversee Product Line applications across various stages of the software lifecycle, guiding requirements through design, development, testing, delivery, implementation, support, and training. You will play a critical role in driving solutions that enhance healthcare systems and workflows, ensuring seamless and effective outcomes for all stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

  • Manages day-to-day activities of products; communicates with the necessary group to ensure product deliverables are on schedule and within parameters set forth from management.

  • Assumes overall responsibility for the product(s) within the Product Line; ensures that the product provides what the client needs and wants within a reasonable timeframe and within management-provided guidelines.

  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact, identify, and fill product gaps and generate new ideas.

  • Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.

  • Performs the role of Product Owner within the product team (managing and prioritizing the backlog of work, ensuring requirements and acceptance criteria meet the product needs).

  • Ensures the products are designed, developed, tested, documented, validated, and upgraded as necessary.

  • Consults with Program Management on key product decisions.

Other Duties:

  • Manages day-to-day activities of products; communicates with the necessary group to ensure product deliverables are on schedule and within parameters set forth from management.

  • Assess current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization.

  • Travels as needed, including weekend travel when necessary (abiding by JUNO HEALTH established travel guidelines

Additionally, they are required to undergo specific FedRAMP training to ensure compliance with all associated controls and responsibilities in the day-to-day performance of their duties. Individuals with access to modify data and the configuration baseline will require further training.

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • 3+ years supporting a product line.

  • 3+ year prior experience as a project coordinator, project manager, scrum master or trainer support a product line.

  • 3+ years demonstrated ability in managing products/projects experience (work or school).

  • 3+ years of experience with HL7 implementation and healthcare interoperability projects.

  • Understanding of HL7 standards and FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) guidelines.

  • Basic knowledge of data integration concepts.

  • Understanding of healthcare workflows.

  • Makes business decisions and clearly communicates requirements so they are understood.

  • Creates, maintains, prioritizes, and sequences the product backlog based on business value and/or ROI.

  • Provides rapid feedback to team and captures external feedback clearly and objectively.

  • Prepares reports/quick targeted summaries for executives.

  • Has the ability to deal with conflict and promote resolution.

  • Has the ability to support the understanding of fundamentals of iterative development, Agile software development processes and procedures.

  • Has a deep understanding of scrum and other related methodologies that can be leveraged to provide value to a team/enterprise.

  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate and run great, effective meetings.

  • Strong Project/Product Management background is essential with high effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams.

Preferred

  • 5+ years of experience with HL7 implementation and healthcare interoperability projects

  • Proven ability to deal with multiple products and deadlines.

  • Basic knowledge of healthcare API’s.

  • Familiarity with SQL.

  • Familiarity with interface engines (such as Rhapsody, Cloverleaf or similar platforms).

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple products simultaneously, flexibility and adaptability to change, decision-making and critical thinking skills.

  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

Education & Experience:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.

  • Education requirements may be satisfied with commensurate experience or combination of Education and Experience.

Years of experience in a similar role:

Required:

  • 3+ years supporting a product line.

  • 3+ years demonstrated ability in managing products/projects experience (work or school).

  • 3+ year prior experience as a project coordinator, project manager, scrum master or trainer support a product line.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Required:

  • Project Management Professional [PMP] required (or must be willing and able to attain certification within an agreed upon timeframe if not currently achieved).

Preferred

  • Certified ScrumMaster Certification [CSM] preferred.

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner Certification [CSPO] preferred.

  • Experience in a similar role.
