RAM Data Collection SME - Lead at Ai Signal Research Inc – Huntsville, Alabama

Education: Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college/university and nine (9) years of experience analyzing results of tests, assisting in ensuring data integrity and quality, providing statistical analysis and presenting findings to team members and management; or an Associate's Degree in Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college/university and eleven (11) years of applicable experience; or thirteen (13) years of applicable experience; or thirteen (13) years of applicable military experience performing engineering, analysis, and related functions in research, development, test and evaluation in support of military equipment and systems.

Required Qualifications: U.S. Citizen. Must have or be able to obtain a security clearance. Basic competency with MS 365 is required. Occasional travel, shift, weekend, and holiday work.

Duties: Lead a team of RAM data collectors supporting multiple test programs located at Redstone Arsenal, AL and off-site locations as required. Provide training and mentorship for the RAM data collection team. Collect/record operational and maintenance data on assigned U.S. Army rotary wing aircraft/systems IAW customer and test plan directives; manage data quality assurance; prepare scheduled reports; review maintenance and flight records; write narrative description of events in the Test Incident Reports (TIR) and initial quality assurance review forms; compile monthly and quarterly reports.

Comments: The U.S. Army Redstone Test Center/Aviation Flight Test Directorate requires a Subject Matter Expert Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) Data Collector to provide outstanding Team Lead support for test programs. This position will serve as the SME/Team Lead for all RAM data collection efforts and will be responsible for maintaining a well-trained team. This position is necessary to fully support multiple programs at Redstone Arsenal and various CONUS locations. Compliance with health mandates as dictated by the contract may be required as a condition of employment. Contingent on contract modification award.
