Job overview:
The Office Administrator - Timekeeper position supports the smooth operating of day-to-day office operations by handling essential administrative and organizational tasks. This position should be able to manage employee attendance, verify and input data for payroll and compliance. This position will be based out of our Mobile office with daily operations at a customer facility in Pascagoula, MS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain employee timekeeping records for employees working at the Chevron Pascagoula refinery
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of timesheets
- Take daily attendance and sign employees into their various areas of work
- Build spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel
- Keep office organized and stocked with supplies (ink, paper, etc.)
- Occasionally transport parts or material to and from our shop in Mobile to the site.
- Stay updated on regulatory reporting requirements related to timekeeping
- Follow safety and quality procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Must be able to operate a motor vehicle
- Must have a safety awareness in the industrial workplace
- Must be able to document and enter job data

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Must have a clean driving record
- Good communication skills (verbal and through emails)
- Must have office experience
- Preferred software experience—Microsoft Office, Docusign, Paylocity, and Netsuite
- Organized and detail oriented
- Demonstrate effective time management skills
- Clear background check and drug/ alcohol screening
