Whether you are just starting in the field or have some experience, we are committed to training the right person to become a member of our team.

Qualifications:

· Willingness to learn and grow in the dental field

· No prior experience required; training provided for the right person

· Stong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced team orientated environment

· High School Diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities:

· Prepare and organize dental treatment rooms and instruments prior to patient appointments.

· Assist dentists during various dental procedures by handing instruments, suctioning, and ensuring patient comfort.

· Perform sterilization and disinfection of dental tools and equipment following strict infection control protocols.

· Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Dentrix, including updating medical histories and treatment plans.

· Educate patients and their guardians on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care with empathy and clear communication.

· Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient flow to minimize wait times.

· Monitor and maintain inventory of dental supplies and materials, ensuring availability for daily operations.

· Adhere to body motion and ergonomics best practices to maintain personal health and safety during clinical tasks.

Details:

· Full Time or Part-Time Mon-Weds

· 7:45AM – 5:00PM

· No Evening, No Holidays, No Weekends
