To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team in the Global IT department, we are looking for a dedicated Mobile Service Product Owner (f/m/d), 100%.

In this role, you are responsible for defining and driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for mobile applications and mobile hardware solutions within the organization. This role ensures that mobile services (apps, scanners, mobile printers, devices) deliver exceptional user experience and align with business objectives.

Your tasks:

  • Define product vision and roadmap for mobile applications (iOS and Android) and mobile hardware solutions (e.g., scanners, handheld devices, mobile printers).
  • Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders and end users.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive and engaging mobile experiences.
  • Work closely with developers, QA, and other teams to deliver high-quality mobile solutions on time.
  • Negotiate priorities and scope with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor app and device performance, user feedback, and analytics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Stay updated on mobile technology trends and recommend innovative features and device capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate mobile device management (MDM) strategies using Microsoft Intune and SCCM for app deployment, updates, compliance, and lifecycle management of mobile scanners and printers.
  • Oversee integration and compatibility testing of mobile scanning devices and printing solutions with enterprise applications.

Your profile:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in mobile app or mobile device ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of PMI methodologies.
  • Familiarity with mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and app store guidelines.
  • Experience working with mobile scanning devices (e.g., Zebra, Datalogic) and mobile printing solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of workflows involving barcode scanning, mobile data capture, and wireless printing.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills to balance competing priorities and resources.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM for mobile device and application management.
  • Commercial acumen to evaluate ROI, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Very good German and English language skills
