- Develop and execute scalable recruiting strategies to support global sales hiring across multiple markets
- Partner with senior leadership to align hiring plans with business objectives and growth targets
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of recruiters and sourcers, fostering high performance and continuous development
- Deliver top-tier talent at speed and scale while maintaining a strong focus on quality of hire
- Build and optimize recruiting processes, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency and candidate experience
- Leverage data and analytics to monitor pipeline health, identify gaps, and inform decision-making
- Drive strategic hiring initiatives, including leadership-level recruitment and critical role fulfillment
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve hiring challenges and align talent strategies with organizational goals
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and strengthen employer branding across all recruiting activities
Requirements:
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within high-growth or startup environments
- 5+ years of experience managing and scaling recruiting teams
- Proven expertise in hiring for sales organizations, from entry-level roles to leadership positions
- Experience recruiting across North America and international markets
- Strong strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to recruiting and decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders
- Proficiency with modern recruiting tools and platforms (e.g., ATS, sourcing tools, collaboration software)
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
