What would you be doing?

• Maintaining staff schedules
• Ensure the safety, well-being and personal growth of campers.
• Coordinating multiple camps at various sites
• Be an active and supportive member of the summer camp team
• Demonstrate positive, professional role modeling at all times, acting in a manner that is consistent with the staff code of conduct and the philosophy, and goals for campers and co-counselors.
• Communicating with parents of campers in person and on phone.
• Transportation for self and camp supplies.
• Work camps in Sherwood, Tigard, West Linn and Wilsonville.
• Available to work program hours for shifts between 8:00 am -5:00 pm

What do you need to qualify?

• Must pass YMCA background check
• Possess (or obtain during training) a current CPR/AED & First Aid Certification
• 18 years or older

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing teams of staff
• Experience working with youth
