As Sr Software Quality Engineer, you will:

• Design and execute data-centric testing strategies, including automated validation scripts and test scenarios for large-scale data platforms.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks to validate data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehouse schemas.
• Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct debugging, root cause analysis, and defect resolution to improve product reliability.
• Collaborate closely with developers across all stages of the software development lifecycle to embed quality into processes.
• Define and enhance QA methodologies, tools, and best practices to increase test coverage and efficiency.
• Lead testing strategy and automation efforts for key platform initiatives, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.

Candidates should bring:

• 7+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on backend and data testing.
• Solid experience with relational databases and advanced SQL skills.
• Hands-on expertise in test automation and framework development.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and system integration processes.
• Experience working in regulated environments or validating reporting tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
