About This Position
Electronic Document Management Analyst II
We're looking for a qualified Electronic Document Management Analyst like you to join our Texas Health family.
Work Location: Corporate Office at 612 E Lamar Blvd, Arlington, TX 76011
Work hours: Full time, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
HIMS Records Management Department Highlights:
• Experience working with electronic health records
• Ability to work remote on occasion
• Flexible scheduling/great work life balance
Here's What You Need
Education
Associate's Degree Health Information Management, Business, Health Care or a related field REQUIRED
Experience
4 Years Healthcare experience with Electronic Medical Records or Electronic processes in a business administrative environment, or in lieu of 4 years' experience, 2 years' experience with Bachelor's degree REQUIRED
Licenses and Certifications
RHIT - Registered Health Information Technician Upon Hire preferred
Skills
Strong Knowledge of electronic workflows in an electronic medical record. Knowledge of document management system and scanning functionality. Skillfully applies and analyzes information reflected on documents to determine location or inclusion in the legal health record. Advance skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel with the ability to create, edit, format and perform basic formula functions. Organizational, problem-solving and attention to detail skills required. Ability to consistently perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy rate. Ability to apply, review and educate on document preparation and scanning processes. Effective written and verbal communication skills required.
