- Lead client discovery efforts to uncover underlying business drivers, strategic imperatives, and operational challenges behind initiatives
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to assess current-state processes, systems, user behaviors, and organizational constraints
- Quantify the value of change, including revenue impact, cost reduction, risk mitigation, and speed-to-market improvements
- Structure complex and ambiguous problem spaces using proven product management and strategy frameworks
- Translate business objectives into product or solution visions, defining required capabilities and value-driven roadmaps
- Partner with design and engineering teams to ground recommendations in user needs while ensuring technical feasibility
- Document and communicate strategic rationale to maintain alignment and guide delivery teams throughout execution
- Leverage AI tools to explore problem spaces, synthesize insights, and generate actionable outcomes
- 5–7 years of experience in product management, strategy consulting, or related roles
- Proven expertise in business case development, financial analysis, and ROI modeling
- Experience leading stakeholder engagement, workshops, and executive-level communication
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for discovery and insight synthesis
- Proficiency in design thinking and service design, including personas, journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping
- Strong business acumen connecting technology investments to measurable outcomes
- Technical fluency to assess feasibility, integrations, scalability, and delivery trade-offs
- Ability to operate in ambiguity with a discovery-first, problem-solving mindset
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; collaborative and professional approach
- Preferred: background in enterprise consulting, digital transformation, or relevant industry domains
