This role offers a strategic opportunity to lead the design and execution of an exceptional provider-facing product experience across a complex healthcare ecosystem. You will define the vision and roadmap for provider tools, ensuring seamless, scalable, and intuitive solutions that drive both user satisfaction and measurable business impact. This position requires close collaboration with Commercial, Operations, and Engineering teams to translate strategy into operationally and commercially successful products. By leveraging data, user insights, and SaaS best practices, you will lead a high-performing team to deliver innovative solutions that improve provider workflows and overall healthcare outcomes. The role combines product strategy, user empathy, and leadership, enabling you to shape transformative experiences at scale in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and communicate the long-term vision for the provider experience, ensuring cohesive, intuitive, and scalable products for health systems, clinics, and providers
  • Develop and execute strategic product roadmaps that align with market needs, operational capabilities, and organizational goals
  • Partner with Commercial teams to ensure clear product positioning, value articulation, and enablement for successful launches
  • Collaborate with Operations and Implementation teams to translate strategy into efficient, scalable processes
  • Lead Engineering partnerships to prioritize initiatives, guide delivery, and build secure, reliable, and extensible platforms
  • Own and report on product KPIs, including adoption, retention, usage, NPS, operational efficiency, and financial outcomes
  • Champion user-centered design principles, conducting customer discovery, beta programs, and feedback loops to inform continuous product improvements
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Product Managers and UX professionals, establishing disciplined operating rhythms and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in Product Management, with at least 5 years leading SaaS product teams
  • Proven track record defining and executing multi-product or platform strategies in complex environments
  • Deep understanding of user experience, customer-centric design, and SaaS product best practices
  • Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Operations, and Engineering teams
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, capable of inspiring teams and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Experience in healthcare, health tech, or regulated SaaS environments is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to translate product innovation into measurable customer value and business impact
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams
