• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding open orders, lead times, average costs for repairs, and advising of current capabilities.
• Work in a team-oriented work environment
• Follow up and expedite orders.
• Provides customers with the requested information, such as paperwork, images, updates on delivery, etc

Qualifications:

• General computer skills with MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills required
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong time management, being able to multitask, and meeting deadlines.
• Must be able to work collaboratively and independently.

• English proficiency is mandatory: One must be able to read, write, and verbally communicate in a professional environment
