About the Role:
The Golf Cart Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for golf course patrons by managing the availability, cleanliness, and operation of golf carts. This position requires attentiveness to customer needs, maintaining safety standards, and performing routine maintenance checks on the carts. The attendant is responsible for organizing the carts efficiently to support smooth course flow and timely tee-offs. Additionally, the role involves handling transactions related to cart rentals, requiring accurate computation of rates and adherence to established procedures. Ultimately, the Golf Cart Attendant contributes to the overall reputation and operational success of the golf facility by providing reliable and courteous service.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to compute rates accurately and handle monetary transactions.
- Physical capability to lift and carry heavy weights safely.
- Basic understanding of weight measurement and unit division.
- Experience or ability to deal with standardized situations and follow established procedures.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a golf course or recreational facility environment.
- Familiarity with golf cart operation and maintenance.
- Ability to climb ladders safely for cart storage or maintenance tasks.
- Basic skills in drawing and interpreting bar graphs for reporting purposes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with golf cart rentals, including explaining rental rates and policies clearly and accurately.

- Ensure regular and reliable attendance to support consistent operational coverage.
