Our dental clinic located in Mississauga, Ontario are looking for a passionate, hard-working Patient Care Coordinator on a part-time basis.

The ideal Patient Care Coordinator for our team will be highly motivated to facilitate the patient’s office experience in being seamless and ensure the patient leaves well informed and prepared for their next appointment. We are a newly renovated family oriented office located inside the mall with lots of parking.

SCHEDULE:

• 20+ hours per week
• Week days and some weekends

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 1-2 years of experience as a dental office administrator / receptionist or combination of diploma in dental office administration and 1-2 years administrative experience
• Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator is considered an asset
• Experience is not required - we're open to entry level applicants!
• Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
