A Recruiter/Sourcer will help us:
• Build a strong talent pipeline for both current and future roles
• Enhance our employer brand through strategic outreach and marketing efforts
• Support business leaders by aligning recruitment with company goals

Essential Responsibilities:
Proactively build a pipeline of both passive and active candidates through methods such as cold calling, emailing, texting, referrals, and other strategic sourcing techniques. This position works closely with the Human Resources Director and Business Leaders to ensure sourcing efforts are timely, efficient, and cost-effective.

Required Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2+ years focused on sourcing for engineering, technical, and production/manufacturing roles—preferably within the Aerospace industry
• Proven success in sourcing hard-to-fill technical positions
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with Paychex Hire is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
• High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Organized and efficient in planning and executing tasks under tight deadlines
