We are currently looking for Lead .Net Fullstack Developer

Requirements:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead .Net Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership experience, and a passion for building scalable, high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of fullstack applications using .NET Framework/.NET Core and modern UI frameworks.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and DevOps.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable system architectures and microservices-based solutions.
Develop and maintain REST APIs, ensuring seamless integration with front-end and back-end systems.
Work with Optimizely CMS or similar DXP/CMS platforms to deliver content-driven solutions.
Manage and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases for performance and scalability.
Utilize DevOps tools, such as GitHub workflows and actions, to streamline development and deployment processes.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends to drive innovation within the team.

Must-Have Qualifications:

A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
At least 5 years of experience as a C# .NET Developer (.NET Framework / .NET Core).
Hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS or similar DXP/CMS platforms.
Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
Solid knowledge of REST APIs.
Experience with modern UI frameworks such as React, Next.js, or similar.
Proven technical leadership experience.
Familiarity with DevOps tools, including GitHub workflows and actions.
Experience with scalable system architecture and microservices.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written).
Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in the Lisbon office).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms.
Experience with ASP.NET Core / Web API.

Location: Lisbon, hybrid, 2x na semana
