From laser tag to go-karts, arcade games to mini golf — you’re in the middle of it all. You’ll guide guests, build excitement, keep things safe, and make sure every guest leaves with a story, a smile, and a reason to come back.

• Welcome every guest like they’re a VIP

• Match guests with the best games and attractions for their vibe

• Create moments they’ll remember long after they leave

• Make sure every area is clean, safe, stocked, and guest-ready

• Keep the redemption room loaded with prizes and excitement

• Help guests turn points into awesome prizes

• Keep an eye on safety, fun, and flow at all attractions

• Assist with small repairs and game resets

• Partner with our Tech Team to keep everything running smooth

• Open it up, close it down, and keep the fun flowing all day long

• Comfortable with technology (or excited to learn it)

• A natural people-person

• Energetic, reliable, and motivated

• Great at communicating

• Calm under pressure and thrive in fast-paced environments

• Experience is a plus — but attitude matters more than experience

• Must be 16+ (some roles require 18+)

• Available days, nights, weekends a must, and holidays

• Reliable transportation or relocation before start date required
