- Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding annual sales targets through proactive business development and strategic account management
- Build, nurture, and expand relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnership success and client retention
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and multi-unit collaboration
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, including pipeline development, forecasting, proposal development, and contract negotiation

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field; advanced education is a plus
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales or business development within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO industry
- Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals with mid-level and executive stakeholders
- Strong understanding of the drug development process and pharmacology services landscape
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and drive account growth
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior leadership
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including pricing, budgeting, and forecasting expertise
